Ossie Gad is a singer / songwriter based in the UK. He sang on the classic reggae anthems Picture on the wall, Lion inna Jungle and Lately. He was the lead vocalist with the Natural Ites. Ossie has recorded and toured in many countries for many years, working alongside some great musicians from the UK, Switzerland, New Zealand, South Africa and Jamaica during his career.

The Natural Ites were a vocal trio (Ossie Gad, Percydread and Neil Foster) who enjoyed great success during the 80's. They appeared on John Peels radio show and were the first reggae band to play on the channel 4 show The Tube.

The Natural Ites started life in Nottingham, England in late 1982 and their music became known across the length and breadth of the reggae fraternity for its warmth and freshness throughout the Eighties. With the release of their first album in 1985, they quickly became well-respected throughout Britain and beyond and went onto release two more albums and a handful of classic singles before finally calling it a day in 1990.

Since the Natural Ites split Ossie has enjoyed a successful solo career and travelled the world and work on several projects.

Ossie continues to tour and has formed a new band call Ossie Gad and The Ites Band. They have released a new EP on VP records and are currently putting together a new tour.
